Byre Park is located in between Nesbitt Avenue, Normandale Boulevard, 102nd Street, and Old Shakopee Road. Brye Park is a larger neighborhood that is made up of around 200 single family homes ranging from $200,000 to $500,000 in price. House styles in the neighborhood are primarily a mix of ramblers and split levels.

 

One of the best amenities available to residents of Byre Park is the abundance of parks located nearby. Parks within close Hyland Lake Park Reserve Sign in Bloomington, Minnesotaproximity to the neighborhood include Highland Greens Golf to the south, Tarnhill Park to the east, and Hyland Park to the west. Within these three parks, visitors can enjoy recreational amenities such as golfing, skiing and snowboarding, fishing, boating, and more. The closest shopping center in the area is Normandale Village just a short distance to the east offering numerous shopping and dining amenities. Some shops in Normandale Village include Caribou Coffee, Ace Hardware, Great Clips, Anytime Fitness, and several others.

 

Byre Park is served by Independent School District 271, also known asJefferson High School in Bloomington, Minnesota Bloomington Public Schools, which has served the entire City of Bloomington since 1917. Bloomington Public Schools is one of the top school districts in the Twin Cities earing state and national recognitions. The closest school to the Byre Park neighborhood is Ridgeview Elementary, which serves around 400 students in grades K-5. The student to teacher ratio at the school is 16.3 and is ranked first among elementary schools in Bloomington. Other nearby schools include Normandale Hills Elementary, Bethany Academy, and Olson Elementary and Middle School.
